Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup cabbage chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Take a pan and put ½ cup vegetable broth and heat it until it melts

    Add ginger garlic paste , green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, cabbage and stir fry it for 5 minutes.

    Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, soy sauce and further cook for 5 minutes.

    Add boiled rice in this prepared mixture and mix it very well on medium heat for 5 minutes.

    Serve peas and carrot rice hot
