Vegetable Fried Rice
Delicious fried rice you can eat for lunch or dinner.

Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- ¼ cup chopped carrot
- ¼ cup peas
- ¼ cup cabbage chopped
- ¼ cup green pepper (one of the healthiest green you can eat)
- ¼ cup red pepper (a powerful red food, read more about in my article 8 Powerful Red Foods)
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions
- Take a pan and put ½ cup vegetable broth and heat it until it melts.
- Add ginger garlic paste , green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, cabbage and stir fry it for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, soy sauce and further cook for 5 minutes.
- Add boiled rice in this prepared mixture and mix it very well on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve peas and carrot rice hot
