Vegetable Fried Rice

Delicious fried rice you can eat for lunch or dinner.

  1. Take a pan and put ½ cup vegetable broth and heat it until it melts.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste , green pepper, red pepper, peas, carrot, cabbage and stir fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, chili sauce, vinegar, paprika, soy sauce and further cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add boiled rice in this prepared mixture and mix it very well on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve peas and carrot rice hot

  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 cups boiled rice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
