Italian Beef Casserole
This beef casserole is really easy to make based on what you’ve got in the fridge/pantry/etc. You could even throw in some extra veggies if you want.
What you’ll need
- Lean stew beef, cut into chunks
- Paprika, Garlic powder and herb de Provence
- Black olives, sliced – rich in antioxidants.
- Olive oil – for sautéing
- Can tomatoes, chopped or Marinara sauce – grab a jar of your favorite brand
- Beef stock
How to make this ground beef casserole

Pre heat the oven to 350 F. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add meat to the pan and cook until brown. Add stock, olives, tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic powder, herb de Provence, and paprika. Stir well and bring to boil.
Transfer the meat mixture to your casserole dish. Cover and cook in your oven

- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbs tomato puree
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp herb the Provence
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
