Chicken Alfredo Recipe
The chicken Alfredo recipe has 3 main components: the chicken, the pasta and the Alfredo Sauce.
- Chicken: Chicken breasts are seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked with olive oil
- Pasta: Penne pasta is cooked in salted water until al dente.
- Alfredo Sauce: We use our 5 ingredients Alfredo Sauce made with heavy whipping cream and spinach
How to Make Chicken Alfredo
Cook the penne pasta al dente, according to package instructions.
Season the chicken , cut into thin slices and then pan-fry in oil until is cooked.
Drain the pasta and toss immediately with the Alfredo sauce. Add the cooked chicken and mix. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Proper Storage
Make Ahead: Chicken Alfredo is ideally made and served right away, however the chicken can be cooked up to 1 day in advance.
Leftovers: Any leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep up to 3 days.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Make the noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions, Set aside.
Make the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, and pepper.Warm the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet. Cut the chicken into thin slices, Add the chicken and leave it undisturbed for 5-7 minutes, until the bottom is golden-brown.
Assemble: Take sauce off the heat and immediately toss with the cooked fettuccine noodles. Add the chicken and mix. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
