  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Baby Spinach

First, warm the butter up in a saucepan, stir in the garlic and cream, add the cheese, and stir until it’s melted. Then you add the spinach, and it is done!!

Ingredientes

  • 1/2  cup Salted Butter 
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 oz Baby Spinach
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add the garlic and sauté until is lightly browned.

    Whisk the heavy cream into the butter until combined. Heat, whisking occasionally, until the cream simmers.

    Whisk in the Parmesan cheese and add the spinach

    Wisk occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the spinach is cooked.

    Serve immediately.

RECIPE NOTES

Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container, and add a splash of milk before reheating over low heat on the stovetop.

You can keep the sauce in the fridge for about a week. Serve the Alfredo sauce with chicken, pasta or fish.
