Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices ham
- Fresh parsley, basil, and scallions
- Salt and pepper, as needed
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Take a non-stick cooking spray and grease 4 muffin cups. Add a slice of ham, and crack open an egg in each cup.
- Bake for 13 minutes. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Remove cups and sprinkle with chopped parsley, scallions, and basil. Enjoy!
