Lemon & Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets 
  • 4 tablespoons butter 
  • 1 lemon, sliced 
  • 8 rosemary sprigs 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Directions:

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  1. Place salmon on a foil sheet.
  2. Top with butter, lemon slices, and rosemary sprigs. 
  3. Fold the foil and seal
  4. Bake in the oven at 450 F for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
