Keto Bacon And Cheese Biscuits
These Keto Bacon and Cheese Biscuits are really easy to make. They only have 2 g of carbs each and the best way to eat them is to warm them up.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cooked ham chopped
- 2 stripes bacon cooked
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
How to make the Keto Bacon And Cheese Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cook the bacon strips, drain and cut into small pieces
- Combine cream cheese, ham, and bacon strips until completely combined in a bowl
- Add remaining ingredients and mix with the wooden spoon
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper
- Drop onto the baking sheet using a small cookie scoop till you get 24 biscuits
- Bake 25-30 minutes
