Ingredients

12 oz Lean Ground Beef

2 1/4 tsps Italian Seasoning

3/4 tsp Chili Powder

3/4 tsp Cumin

1/3 tsp Salt

1/3 tsp Black Pepper

3 tbsps Mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsps Dijon Mustard

1 1/8 heads Romaine Hearts (chopped)

3/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)

6 stalks Green Onion (chopped, green tops only)

Directions

  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the beef and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess drippings, but keep the beef in the pan.
  4. Add the Italian seasoning, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to the beef and stir to combine.
  5. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  6. Divide the lettuce, tomatoes and onion between the 3 bowls and top with cooked beef and the Dijon mayo. Enjoy!
