Are frozen avocados good for you?

However, when you unfroze them they will quickly become brown because the texture is slimy and watery. According to Healthline in an article, Can you freeze avocado and should you?  How to freeze avocados yourself

If you want to freeze the avocados yourself, you will have to peel and cut the avocados first. Look for avocados that are beginning to ripen and they are firm when you touch them. So first peel the avocados, then remove the pit. Cut the avocados in cubes or even slices.

Like the blueberries, you do not want to put all the pieces together and then get a block of stuck-together pieces. Line a cookie sheet with freezer paper or parchment paper place the pieces on the sheet without touching each other, and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.

After the 2 hours place the pieces all together in a freezer bag and seal it. Make sure you remove the air. Put the bag in the freezer and you can keep the fresh there for about 4 months.
