Almond And Avocado Omelet

Avocado is considered a healthy fat, which is one of the best ways to stay full.

If you’ve never eaten this before, the omelette is made with beaten eggs . Eggs are cooked in a greased pan and then layered with ingredients like cheese, leafy greens, vegetables or even meat!

This particular recipe is made healthy avocado! It’s simple, but super filling and delicious.

and a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Eggs:  You can use the egg whites or the whole egg with the yolk!
  • Avocado: use half of a medium avocado, you can either mash it or slice it when placing it in the omelette.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ medium avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup almonds, sliced
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

  1. Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Take a bowl and add eggs; beat eggs.
  1. Pour into a skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Lower the heat and cook for 4 minutes more.
  3. Top with avocado and almonds.
  4. Serve with sprinkles of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
