  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Warm your oven to 375 F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. Mix the sausage, Cheddar, egg, salt, and pepper in your large bowl.
  3. Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon onto your prepared baking sheet and form the scoops into balls—Bake within 18 to 20 minutes or until browned. Serve and enjoy!
