These Keto Ham and Cheese Bites are my favorite snack, it takes only 30 minutes to make them and they only have  1.9g carbs. These keto Ham And Cheese Bites are perfect if you are following the keto diet, paleo diet or any low-carb diet.

Ingredients for Ham and Cheese Bites

This is a quick overview of the ingredients needed for this recipe.  To make the ham and cheese bites you will need:

  • Ham: any good quality of the ham.
  • Cream Cheese
  • Coconut Flour: coconut flour is really good for this recipe, but you can use almond flour if needed. To substitute coconut flour for almond flour, use a quarter cup of coconut flour for every one cup of almond flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Shredded Cheese: I prefer to use mozzarella cheese but you can use cheddar cheese
  • Eggs: medium size

How to Make Keto Ham and Cheese Bites

You will need a cutting board, a mixing bowl, a spatula, and a large cookie sheet and parchment paper.

Cut the Ham

In A Mixing Bowl Combine the Ham and Cream Cheese

Add The Shredded Cheese

Mix all the ingredients well.

Add The Rest Of The Ingredients

Mix well

Cover A Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper and make the bites , the amount of bites you will get will depends on the size of each one.

Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. Once they are done flip them over and cook the other side for 5 minutes.

Storage and Freezing

To store these Ham and Cheese Bites you can place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

You can also freeze them on the baking sheet so that they will not clump together. Before placing the bites in a container or for freeze them, let them cool to room temperature. Make sure you use a freeze bag to cover the baking sheet.

  • 150 gr cooked ham
  • 11/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 egs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Elaboración paso a paso

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Cut the ham

  3. Combine the ham and the cream cheese in a mixing bowl

  4. Add the cheese and mix well

  5. Add the rest of the ingredients till you make a dough

  6. Cover the baking dish with the parchment paper

  7. Make 11 bites and put them on the baking sheet

  8. Cook for 25 minutes
